When people say he/she is "kan ren de" ...he/she is being biased or practising biasness.

In reality this really happens a lot and I hate it. Bosses practice favourtism or showing biasness towards their subordinates, teachers doing it on students, parents doing it on children, colleagues doing it to other colleagues, friends doing it to other friends etc.

It is nice if you are at the favourable end but not the other way around. When you are at the disadvantage, it is DAMN IRRITATING. It is like no matter what you do, it is useless, coz that person is just biased and have already formed that impression on you such that it is difficult to change that feelings and attitude towards you.

Perhaps sometimes I do it too unknowingly but I usually try to keep myself in check and just be nice to everyone, if I can.

The worse is that when people is pissed for whatever reason, they take it out on you just because they know they can. Like for example, they will continue to put on a smile and be nice to their bosses when they are pissed but when they see you, they take it out on you coz you are just nothing to them or they know that you are nice and they take advantage of you because you wont get angry with them. In that sense too, they are just being biased towards you. So bosses get the better treatment, female bosses treat their male subordinates better esp if they are gd looking and male bosses treat their female subordinates better esp if they are chio.

Such reality is life. Haii.
