There are many things in life that can make us unhappy, big or small, but it is really how we look at situations and control how we feel and react towards such situations. And to control how we feel and react is only through the wisdom and peace that comes from God. So we need to pray each day to Him to ask him for such wisdom and inner peace.

We need to snap out of it whenever we are down, look on the bright side, think positively and be happy. Be confident of yourself, be a good Christian by doing your best and let God do the rest.
