Don't you feel frustrated when you are like busy working like mad in the office and then you happened to see your fellow colleagues happily chit chatting or gossiping? Why when you are working in the same office and some pple are just so busy while others are just so free??!! Since we are working in the same office, we are working as a team, therefore the workload SHOULD be divided equally among everyone so that when everyone work hard together, things get done faster and more efficiently, events become a success and the credit goes to everyone.

But sadly no, this is not the case. While some pple are overloaded with work, some are just wasting their time away msn-ing or surfing the net. And they complain about their work. What is there to bloody hell complain about when you are so free??!! And you get paid msn-ing, playing online games and surfing the net! And precisely because you are so free...you have time busy gossiping about others. Just because we are paid only a measly hundred dollars more than you but we have a 100 times more work and stress while all you do is just burn cds, update records and answer phone calls? Why when things are placed in your hands doesnt get done fast or fared poorly and you complained about not given more challenging tasks? So it is our fault? How can we trust you with bigger stuff when you cant get the small stuff right??? And you complain. There are others who are the same position as you but fare so much better and if you notice..they are much more occupied with work than you are. Sad to say, the top management works and thinks like this: you dont do anythng therefore you wont get to do anything as you cant do anything coz you dont do anything. And I dont understand why they still keep you.

Haii....the world is so unfair. And while I am screaming for injustice in this office...the society still carry on its unfairnes in so many ways and in so many parts of this sad world. And life goes on. Bosses are sickeningly unreasonable, higher management are stupidly useless and lower managment are just too busy gossiping.

So where does that place us? The middle management pple crying out for injustice, complaining about everything under the sun and still stuck in the brainless office. And life goes on as we struggle to get out of bed every morn and the first thing that comes out from our mouth when we greet our colleagues is "haii...damn sian."
